The site is located at C.M. Recto corner Corrales, Barangay 24, Cagayan de Oro City within a mixed use development. It is conveniently accessible to the mall and a hotel which provide opportunities for shopping, dining and other leisure activities.

The development has a total land area of 3,936 square meter owned and developed by Cagayan de Oro Gateway Corporation.

The tower is a 21-storey residential condominium. There will be a main lobby at the ground floor and two commercial units for the residents' convenience. It will also house 159 parking slots at the ground floor and second level.

The main amenity area will be located at the third level which is also the first residential floor. There will be a total of 522 units from the 3rd to the 21st floor.
